This sounds similar to advice I got when I first started turning wrenches....and I would pass that advice on, but I must admit all those years are actually super helpful now.

True that you well work harder and longer than you ever have, and brewing is least of what you.

All that said, I f*ckin love it!

I was reviewing the SNAFU web page today for content and went through the pictures from the 2011 NHC Conference.  Weston, Alex and Kyle were all featured prominently.  All three of them are now working as brewing professional here in town.

Way to go guys!
