I'm thinking of trying out a couple  of new flavors to brew. My wife wants a melon cider, but I think that the sugar content might be a bit low. I was also thinking of a Pineapple jalapeno mix. I am going to brew the pineapple in a primary and during the secondary fermentation add the jalapeno and some cilantro for zest. Everything I have read online regarding pineapple says that is smells like vomit, but I am willing to take a shot at it. Thought?
