Wow this site has great info on building a brewery. It's focus is electric but there is some fantastic info for any one who is serious about brewing!

I heard them on the Brewing Networks Sunday Session last night. It was a great interview! I will post a link tomorrow when they publish the podcast.

I was in love with a beautiful blonde once, dear. She drove me to drink. That's the one thing I'm so indebted to her for. Yes indeed...  W.C.Fields

Nice find Matt. Some very cool ideas and info. I will have to check out the pod cast. They put a new meaning to indoor brewing. I wish that they would push people way from regular heating elements and use copper or stainless ones. I had a regular element in my boil kettle for a while and it seemed that the wort slowly ate the element. And when a element decides to burn up it is usually in a full kettle of wort never just in a kettle of infusion water.
